This professional will manage balance sheet reconciliations, month-end transactions for proportional reinsurance, and engage closely with finance and portfolio managers to oversee financial movements. They will ensure accurate, timely reinsurance financial reporting and handle the accounting for the company's non-life cell captive. Responsibilities also include managing reinsurance claims, credit control, and client portfolio support. The role demands active client engagement, contributions to a client-centric culture, and participation in reinsurer meetings. A strong background in reinsurance accounting and a collaborative, proactive approach is essential.Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom degree in Finance or related field. At least 3 years of accounting experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage detailed reconciliation and reporting tasks.
