Reference: NWN000003-NBo-1This well-established boutique Property Management client is seeking an industrious, motivated Financial Accountant to add to their dynamic team based in Pretoria East. You will be responsible for the following: Credit Control - Timely and effective collection of all debts and tenant payments Reconciliations Debtors and Creditor management Journals Process management Financial modelling Assist with Budgets and forecasts Assist with year-end audits Month end reporting including management accounts Income statement and balance sheet reporting Assist with ad hoc projects as and when they arise Ensure that all related tax and statutory affairs of the different companies are in order Transactional recording on MDA, process journal entries and compile general ledger Allocate and process bank statement transactions, and perform reconciliations of bank accounts Manage various company secretarial administration requirements Education: BCom in Accounting/Finance Job Experience & Skills Required: Completed SAIPA/SAICA Articles Minimum of 3 years experience in Property/Real Estate Proficient MDA Accounting and Pastel Proactive mentality Financial acumen Excellent communication skills Team player Organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Deadline driven APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
