Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom Accounting degree preferred)
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the insurance industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards
Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents
