Job Description:- Analyse and update General Ledger accounts.
- Manage journal entries to correct misallocations.
- Report any variances to the designated Portfolio Manager.
- Handle monthly municipal reconciliations and insurance queries.
- Prepare annual budgets.
- Manage tax returns and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
- Prepare for annual audits and review financial statements.
- Resolve audit queries.
- Maintain and regularly update building financial records.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Efficiently handle daily correspondence.
- Regularly update building control schedules to reflect accurate financial statuses.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- BCom Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years post-article experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar industry
- MDA (Advantageous)
