Join my client who owns over 20 outlets of a popular brand as a Financial Accountant. Are you SAIPA / SAICA registered and are you seeking a new opportunity? If so please apply. Responsibilities: Review the monthly management reportsand provide reasons for variances. Compile the monthly management reports for all subsidiaries. Maintaining monthly compliance in all tax aspects for the main company and itssubsidiaries (EMP, VAT, IT submissions) Review the monthly payroll for all stores. Review the journals,reconciliations and OPS management reports compiled by the junior financial accountant. Review monthly and weekly payments to suppliers. Manage and liaise with the auditors on the yearly auditfor the main company and subsidiaries. Assist with the preparation of the yearly budget. Monthly preparation and submission of VAT. Raise accrualsmonthly. Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost and improving financial controls. Assist with ad-hoc projects asrequired by the financial manager or Operations department.
