Please submit your resume to Katesalixrecruitment.co.zaDuties: Facilitate daily Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) and handle monthly payments to suppliers Assist in managing foreign exchange (forex) by assessing the impacts of covers and arranging for necessary coverage Scrutinize supplier amendments, particularly banking details, for accuracy and compliance Conduct monthly reviews of supplier reconciliations and execute foreign supplier revaluations Calculate and upload BEE Preferential Procurement figures. Perform analysis of creditor aging to ensure accuracy and compliance Reconcile debtor age analysis to the Trial Balance, verifying submodule balances Prepare and post working papers for bad debt provisions. Generate monthly Group reports on debtor classification, focusing on Client Risk Provide monthly reports on sales, forecasts, and order book values (Flash sales) Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation Handle month-end journals and other non-routine journal entries Manage recharges to group companies Oversee BEE scorecard management Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours and CTA CA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA Article within a BIG 4 Audit firm Manufacturing exposure will be a added advantage Skills & Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance principles Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in VAT and Companies Income Tax regulations Keen attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Analytical mindset for problem-solving Focused on structured processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS365) suite If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
