The suitable candidate must have the following requirements:
Qualifications & Computer literacy* Financial qualification
* MS Word & MS Excel (advance to intermediate)
* Pastel
* Previous cleaning or chemical experience would be to your advantage
Accounting Operations:
* Managing accounting operations (including billings, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts payable etc.)
* Ensure correct allocation of bank statement transactions
* Preparation and submission of daily commission calculations
* Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained on the internal database
* Provide operational support with regards to chemical orders placed and delivery schedules
* Prepare payments for approval by the Financial Manager and CEO
* Adherence to all quality standards and processes within the budget and finance area
* Assist with the processing and reconciliations
