Financial Accountant (Group Finance) - Klerksdorp
Hire Resolve's client, a dynamic and innovative financial services company, is currently seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join their Group Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial accounting duties, including month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and supporting internal and external audits. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and monthly management reports Support the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate and complete financial data Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts on a regular basis Support the annual audit process and liaise with auditors Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide financial analysis and insights to management Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification (CA(SA) or SAICA Articles Completed Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting or audit Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits Salary negotiable and market-related Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move.
