Financial Administrator - South Africa

Job Description/Duties: ? Financial Administration for the company. ? Handling the daily financial duties, as well as ensuring accurate record keeping and complete reporting. ? Loading all Payments Receipts and fully processing the Cashbook. ? Budgeting, financial forecasting and performance reporting. ? Formulating, developing and maintaining financial processes for the company to ensure continuous improvement. ? Invoicing, compiling management accounts, oversight of group creditors and debtors. ? Leading and managing all balance sheet reconciliations, VAT calculations and submissions. ? Stakeholder engagement and management. ? Processing Month and Year end closure on Quicktrav. Minimum Requirements: ? Financial Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification. ? 5 years’ experience in financial Administration roles within the travel management sector. ? Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint. ? Quicktrav, Amadeus and Pestel knowledge preferred. ? Strong leadership skills. ?
