Company Description:Pinnacle Growth is a financial planning service in the insurance industryRole Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor located in Johannesburg, with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance related financial planning services to clients. They will build and maintain relationships with clients, assess their financial needs, develop investment strategies, and provide ongoing advice and recommendations. The Financial Advisor will work closely with other advisors and support staff to provide the best possible service to clients.Qualifications/Requirements : - Matric Certificate (Grade 12)- No experience in financial planning needed as training will be provided - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software- Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle non-negotiable
