What You'll Do:As a Financial Advisor, you will: Engage with clients virtually and face-to-face, building strong relationships and providing expert financial advice. Assess client portfolios and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage inbound calls, online, and virtual queries from customers seeking advice. Provide accurate and timely information about ABSA's products and services. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and maintain your knowledge of the insurance and financial industry. Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices. Who We're Looking For:We are seeking candidates with: A Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4). 5 to 7 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred). A Higher Certificate in Insurance. An RE 5 qualification. 120 credits at NQF Level 5 (Short term). Knowledge of financial management. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking. The ability to achieve personal work goals and objectives. The ability to cope with pressures and setbacks.
