As the Financial Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the below: Keep accurate and up-to-date money records using Sage X3 accounting software. Write down daily money activities, like money coming in, money going out, and any changes needed. Check bank statements and fix any mistakes. Deal with invoices, keep track of payments, and handle what the company owes. Make and look at money reports, including reports about money coming in, money going out, and how money is managed. Tell management about money regularly, pointing out important numbers. Get payroll ready for employees, making sure it's correct and follows rules. Keep records of payroll and answer employee questions about pay. Follow rules for accounting, taxes, and company policies. Keep all money documents organized for checks and reviews. Work with the money team to help plan budgets and predictions. Watch how well things go compared to the budget and explain any differences.
