Financial Controller - Midrand
Minimum Requirements:
- Lead the preparation and supervision of financial reports to ensure compliance with IFRS 17 and other applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with the CFO in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and budget oversight.
- Conduct insightful analysis and reporting on financial performance, recognizing trends and proposing enhancements.
- Manage the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
- Spearhead the implementation and oversight of IFRS 17, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory modifications to maintain Key Duties's financial practices.
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA).
- Proficiency in implementing IFRS 17.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
