As a Financial / Revenue Controller you will responsible for the following:
- Monitor daily revenue dashboards and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Aid the Manager in compiling forecast and budget documents.
- Address aged Work in Progress (WIP) issues with branch offices and ensure resolution.
- Analyze revenue data and provide insights on variances from budget and previous periods.
- Generate Revenue Trend Analysis reports.
- Manage the closure of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Reconcile billing systems (TMS) with the financial system (SAP).
- Prepare revenue journals for accounting purposes.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance net working capital through timely billing.
- Regularly validate customer rates to ensure accuracy.
- Produce client volume reports.
- Participate in routine revenue audits.
- Report internal revenue allocations to branches.
- Generate profitability reports to assess business performance.
- Prepare Client Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) and monitor client performance metrics.
- Assist in compiling sales commission reports.
- Provide support to external auditors regarding revenue-related inquiries.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.
