Apply today, Shouneezsalixrecruitment.co.za Duties: Lead the implementation of the Financial Crime Unit Framework to maintain a safe and secure environment. Manage a team dedicated to combating financial crime and provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Identify and implement revenue or cost-saving opportunities to meet budgetary goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert advisory services on financial crime-related matters. Ensure all Financial Crime Operations are conducted in line with Bank guidelines. Drive a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor's Degree in Fraud Examination, Financial Forensics, Fraud Investigation, Law, Criminology, or a related field. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification. Experience: 8 – 10 years extensive experience in combatting bank related crimes and applying risk mitigation strategies. 5 years' experience in Financial Services Industry Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role Strong knowledge of regulations relating to Financial Crime Compliance, including FICA, FAIS Act, POCA, and others. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and accurately assess information. Proven experience in advising on financial crime matters across diverse business activities. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
