Job & Company Description:A career opportunity for a proactive Financial Director position. As a valued member of the Board, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic and operational aspects of the business. Your expertise and skills will be utilized to lead and direct the finance department of the owner-managed business.The Financial Director position will report directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the overall financial strategy of the business and will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finances. Job Experience & Skills Required: Managing and nurturing the financial team to ensure the production of timely and accurate reports and results Overseeing all costing and financial accounting processes within the organization Preparing, consolidating, and interpreting comprehensive monthly management reports, providing valuable feedback to the board Enhancing and refining budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial planning Ensuring compliance with audit, legal, and corporate governance standards Effectively communicating and reporting on all matters related to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) Leading project management initiatives involving systems and process changes and improvements Qualifications: Qualified CA(SA) Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial management Minimum 5 years management experience Sage X3 experience APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
