A financial company based in Cape Town is seeking a Team Leader to join their team. • Reporting to Management on a weekly basis • Highly analytical and good with numbers • Recruiting and training new sales staff • Monitoring/managing the team's daily performance. • Achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. • Preparing relevant reports for senior management • Maximise team's lead utilization. • Running performance counseling sessions for underperformers • Identifying and addressing key issues in the team. National Diploma or Degree • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team • Lead Management Experience • Strong evaluation ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness R16 000 CTC - R18 000 CTC per month
