An in-depth understanding of financial management is required to be able to assist in the management and handling of the day-to-day financial operations of the business.Due to the expansive nature of the business, it is necessary that all applicants are able to handle the needs associated with a growing firm.Key qualifications of the Financial Manager: CA (SA) - Minimum 1 year PQE experience At least 3 years of experience on Sage EvolutionKey duties of the Financial Manager: Perform bookkeeping tasks to Balance Sheet Prepare monthly journals Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors Create monthly projections Manage assets Handle dividends and tax-related tasks Prepare and audit annual financial statements Manage Employment Equity compliance Handle Workman's Compensation (RMA Submission and Reconciliation) Submit reports to Stats SA Handle yearly WSP and ATR Submission Process payments through Business Online Manage monthly salary payments Perform Deferred Tax, Provisional Tax, Right of Use asset Journals Ensure compliance with statutory submissions and requirements, including VAT201's & EMP201's Handle EMP501 Submissions and IRP5's Manage asset and insurance compliance Handle insurance managementKey personal skills: Good problem-solving skills Excellent Reporting Skills including Excel Pivots & Vlookup's Good communication skills Excellent time management
