Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA)
Strong knowledge of financial principles
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs
Manage the budgeting process and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make recommendations for improvement
