Our client is looking for a Financial Manager to commence duty as soon as possible Responsibilities: Responsible for the full Costing and financial Accounting system and monthly reporting of the Business Unit Review of monthly Profit Estimate, Management Accounts and preparation of Forecast to be submitted to Head Office on Hyperion Review and preparation of monthly General Ledger Reconciliations Authorising Creditor reconciliations and payments via FNB/Nedbank Authorising and approving all Cash Book payments Authorising the re-imbursement of petty cash Monthly review of Debtors outstanding and assisting with problems and cash collection Liaising with external auditors Preparation of Annual Budgets and 5 Year Strat Plan in line with Head Office requirements Fixed Asset Management and raising of Capital Expenditure requests in line with Company Policy Control and co-ordinate bi-annual Stock Take Participate in Tender VETs and assist with Commercial and Financial Conditions related to the Tender being prepared Control over forward cover transactions and forex purchases Contract Review and margin analysis on sales for all product sections Preparation of Annual Tax pack Preparation of Annual Insurance Declaration Requirements: CA (SA) will be an advantage Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2 years in a similar role Knowledge of Syspro environment
