The company is dedicated to hiring a highly skilled professional to maintain its esteemed status in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will offer technical accounting support and ensure the adoption of IFRS across group companies. They will be responsible for generating interim and annual reports, analyzing monthly management accounts, and preparing consolidated financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries. This role involves assisting in the creation of quarterly board packs, annual reports, and presentations for analysts, as well as contributing to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. The professional will ensure all associated administrative and ad hoc duties are fulfilled in compliance with legislation and internal guidelines. With deep knowledge in financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, corporate taxation, IFRS, cash flow management, and corporate governance, this individual will be pivotal in driving financial clarity, compliance, and strategic financial planning, significantly influencing the organization's growth and operational effectiveness.
