Candidate Requirements

Grade 12
B.Com Accounting or equivalent Finance Qualification
Must have relevant 5 to 8 years experience and solid track record working as a Financial Manager
Must have previous Payroll Experience (ESSENTIAL)
Sage Evolution Experience (ESSENTIAL)
Must have a valid drivers licence and own transport
Must be prepared to travel if required by the company
Must be able to manage the financial team
MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) - Advanced
Reliable, ethical, confidentiality-driven, motivated, honest
Valid RSA ID

Duties /Responsibilities

Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
Cash Flow forecasting
Management of the accounts department
Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
Payroll for a total staff complement
Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skill levels
Statutory submissions, Year End Audits, Annual Budgets
Heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision
You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities

Starting Salary: R45 to R50K CTC neg, DOE Apply Now
