A law firm in Johannesburg North is on the lookout for a Financial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of the company.
The candidate will report to the director.

Qualifications and Abilities:

BCom in Accounting or related Finance qualification
Relevant Financial Management experience
Computer literate in legal / accounting software
SAP working experience
Strong Communication skills
Handle pressure
Positive attitude, team player, self-starter

Responsibilities:

Management accounts
Preparation and management of budgets
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (preparation/reviews) on a monthly and annual basis
Review payments and reconciliations (suppliers, debtors, cashbook, inter-company)
Forex (limited)
Manage and forecast cash flow
Preparation and submission of VAT, EMP and tax returns
Fixed asset register maintenance
Annual audit preparations, schedules, queries
Ability to lead and manage a team
