Debtors/creditors: Actively manage the debtors and creditors to optimize the cash flow and reduce the risk driving the results of the business. Cash flow: Cash flow planning and control. Stock takes: Coordinate and evaluate the monthly stock of the departments Financial Reporting every month and on interim intervals to optimally manage the business. Preparing and reviewing monthly variance reports, detailing actual spend compared to budget and processing reallocation of budgets on the accounting system. Must be able to handle a group of entities financial data. Financial analysis: Financial information must be analyzed and variances explained. Cost savings and business improvement opportunities to be identified. Prepare management reporting and Investment forecasts within the necessary timeframes. Fully implemented system, provide for monthly deprecation, disposals, acquisitions and write offs. Internal control: Manage and maintain financial and administrative control to achieve above. Regularly check if the procedures are being followed. Drive initiatives aimed at reducing operating costs.
