As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role within the organisation, overseeing the entire accounting function with a specialised focus on the insurance sector. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the ongoing success while developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring monthly reporting is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. Compiling financial statements. Collaborating on budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes. Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Managing income tax, VAT, and PAYE matters in accordance with legal requirements. Implementing governance and controls to protect company assets and uphold financial integrity. Engaging with auditors during audits and providing necessary documentation and assistance. Handling requests from the holding company promptly and efficiently.
