The Head Office is based in Pretoria, Gauteng, with branches in Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, Northern Cape, and Botswana. As the Financial Manager of the Group, you will assume a leadership role in a high-performance business with a focus on revenue growth, profitability and all financial functions. You will be responsible for the policies and procedures of the company being adhered to at all times, and that the numbers reported are accurate and current at all times. Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Management of the finance department team Overseeing stock takes and analysis of variances Budget and Cost saving initiatives Annual, monthly and weekly forecasts Cash forecasts Monthly Management accounts Annual financial statements Cost Accounting on the manufacturing workshop Liaison with auditors Intercompany transactions and journals Forex transactions Management of IT setup and new systems BBBEE planning and implementation Own reliable transport, as you will need to travel from time to time between branches B.Com in Accounting or similar qualification 10 years experience in a similar role Pastel Partner Daxworks Understanding of and Experience in manufacturing environment Automotive manufacturing/engineering background would be an advantage Attention to detail Proactive approach Strong management skills R50 000.00 to R55 000.00 per month depending on experience
