My client, a leading player in transport and logistics is looking for a skilled and capable Finance Manager in Pinetown to take lead and oversee all financial obligations. Duties: •Manage and maintain financial reporting systems •Manage and maintain information systems •Preparation and co-ordination of budgets •Maintain effective financial controls •Maintain effective internal and external relationships •Monthly management accounts •Reporting(Monthly, quarterly) •IFRS •Manage subordinates. •Conduct audits (both planned and unplanned) •Implement and manage Policies and Procedures •Profitability analysis •Full Financial Function •Training and development of subordinates Educational Requirements: •BComm Finance (Accounting Specialization). •Honours(Would be advantageous) Experience: •Extensive general Management Accounting experience, incorporating the full spectrum of Accounting Administration. •5 years management experience (non-negotiable) •Preference will be given to applicants with freight / bus / general transport experiential background. •Advanced Excel skills which includes as minimum functions such as Macros, File Links, Pivot Tables, Data tables Package: •Base: R600 - R720K (Negotiable) •Car Allowance: R16000 p.m •Fuel Card •Medical Aid •Provident Fund
