This accounting position processes all financial transactions relating to sales. The processing of financial transactions includes managing Debtors by invoicing, investigating and posting information to Netsuite from such source documents as sales orders, client purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and all other relevant financial documents. Key Performance Output Processing export pre-sales and commercial debtor invoices Processing of inter-company debtor invoices between Packhouse and Trading entities Processing of all local and exports sales invoices Processing of all credit notes Processing all return authorizations between Packhouse and Trading entities Ensure that inter-company transactions are cleared timeously Maintain Netsuite records with saving loading notifications and other related documents Maintain invoicing folders by ensuring all AOD’s, PO’s and other relevant information is updated Attend and resolve all invoicing queries Ensure that invoices between Packhouse and Trading entities are done in real time, are done accurately and balances back to consignment and commercial documents Ensure that all documents relevant to the sales is saved and maintained as back-up for audit purposes and Client queries Ensure that transaction flow between Packhouse and Trading entities are done correctly to ensure that all records are balancing on a daily basis Requirements Education/Experience National Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification Sound knowledge of Accounting packages. Graduate or minimum 1-3 years of work experience in junior accounting positions . Functional/Technical Computer literacy: MS Office with Excel skills Excellent Email etiquette
