Maintaining company hierarchies and liaising with system teams for hierarchy maintenance Collaborating with ESG Director for ESG reporting requirements Preparing and populating Board papers with system data Maintaining and improving Monthly/Quarterly Business Review packs Ad-hoc analysis and requests Workflow documentation and roadmap for reporting process improvement Roll-out of profitability and utilization reporting for identified Netsuite entities Streamlining and documenting reporting processes (monthly management accounts, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-term plans) Consolidating information across the group Preparing presentations for the Board Revenue analysis by client/agency/specialism Partnering with the Group Finance Systems team for reporting capability development Supporting Group Treasury in creating management information flows for cashflow reporting Skills & Experience: Ability to work individually with senior Executive team members and handle sensitive and confidential information Experience in the production of KPI reporting Experience using NetSuite an advantage Qualification: CA(SA) Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF018394.
