Financial Services Administrator Assistant Financial planning and investment firm based in Somerset West is seeking to employ a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Bachelors degree in either Business, Economics, or Finance - preferred 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role Knowledge of Investment, life, or medical sectors - advantageous Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite (Intermediate Excel Skills) Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) Drivers license and own reliable transport Able to work under pressure, independently as well as collaboratively under supervision Strong attention to detail, organisational, problem solving skills and able to prioritise Key Responsibilities: Assist Financial Advisors in managing client accounts and investment portfolios. Handle correspondence with clients, third-party providers, and product houses. Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment instructions. Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
