The Skills Programme on offer is a contact centre support course, and upon completion you receive a certificate of completion towards some Generic Management Modules as well as the opportunity to enter into the financial industry by completing your RE5 exam. The programme will take place at your worksite (face to face or virtual), and is powered by Ucademy - a registered and accredited learning institution. What key themes will the course cover? Generic Management NQF5 Regulatory Exams (RE5) Personal Mastery Basic understanding of the Contact Centre environment and the Financial Industry. Qualifications All welcome to apply. You must be unemployed, and have a Matric Certificate (or equivalent).and a tertiary qualification on NQF 4 level as minimum. In order to complete the programme, you must be prepared for: 12 month's commitment; 16 hours of classroom training per month; 10 hours of self-learning per month.
