A manufacturing company in Chloorkop , Midrand is currently looking for an experienced Finishing Operator to join their team. To produce quality products in a safe, productive, and profitable manner following the production run instructions within the task of a SERVICE POOL arrangement. PSL slitting, rework, shrink sleeve welding, rework, quality assurance procedures. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up and run slitting/sleeving/rework PSL and Shrink sleeve machines according to job specification. Analyse job orders, machine operations and output if applicable as need for different specifications. Identify and separate conformance and non-conformance labels. Complete all associated documentation and reports. Monitor/Inspect equipment for safe operation and/or any maintenance requirements. Demonstrate good housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with Quarantine, Rework and Waste management. Follow and promote company procedures and safety standards. Other tasks that may be required in a service pool environment. Min 5-years' experience in similar working environment Machine operating experience on slitting/sleeving/rework Preference technical trade test Computer literacy Must be able to work shifts Fault-finding capabilities A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Able to work systematically and accurately in a pressurized deadline driven environment. Market related Apply Now
