In-depth understanding of applicable codes and standards, as well as local building regulations. Demonstrated leadership prowess and adeptness in team management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude. Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills. Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed. Description Our client is seeking a dedicated Fire Protection Supervisor to lead their team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems. As the Fire Protection Supervisor, you will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, in compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of fire protection technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks to required standards. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance to team members. Review project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment required for projects. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Train and develop team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in fire protection systems. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit project progress reports to management. Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in fire protection technology and standards.
