Traffic is bumper to bumper at this busy agency in the North, so my Client is looking for a TTL Traffic manager for a 6 month contract role, beginning 1st Nov - 31st May 2021. . My client is looking for an organised individual who has what it takes to guide, instruct, coordinate, follow-up and deliver Responsibilities • Schedule and traffic work into the studio • Coordination of multiple projects • Capacity planning and risk reporting • Timesheet trafficking and reporting • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time and budget • Plan, track, control and report on projects • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • A hands-on and professional approach with both clients and team members • Highly attentive to detail • Prepared to work late (if needed) go the extra mile • Must be able to perform under pressure and deliver on fixed timelines • Must have excellent ability to work with people within cross-functional teams • Must have strong networking, facilitation and negotiation skills • A creative thinker who is confident, self-motivated, articulate and practical Requirements: Proficient on Chase Must understand the technicalities of post production and broadcasting Must have min of three years working in an agency role.
