REQUIREMENTS

Senior Certificate.
Code B driver's license & own transport. Required to travel from time to time.
Available after business hours & during weekends.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Production & diesel targets are met.
Fleet management system is monitored & managed.
Communication with drivers & team.
Data is captured accurately.
Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines.
Vehicle maintenance issues communicated. Vehicle services are planned & scheduled.

CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
Excellent organising & prioritising skills.
Ability to work in a systematic, methodical & orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basis.
Computer literate (MS Office)
Ability to work long hours & work under pressure.
Accepting & tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment & willingness to put in longer hours when necessary.
Ability to plan activities in advance and
take account of possible changing circum- stances
Ability to manage time effectively
Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be an advantage.
