Our Logistics Client is currently seeking a Fleet Dispatcher / Controller based in Wellington, Cape Town. Effectively manage and oversee the day to day operations of the drivers and vehicle within the business and to maximum customer satisfaction by ensuring their vehicles arrive to collect and drop off per schedule, ensuing that all load details are captured on TMS on time Ideally Fluent in Xhosa Salary: R 15 000 p/m commission Requirements: Matric Experience – 3 years of transport/fleet controller experience Other proven experience in fleet management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem solving abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily transport activities, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuing compliance with safety regulations Track fleet location using GPS systems, optimizing routes for efficiency Liaise with drivers and client to address any issues or concerns promptly Prepare and maintain accurate transport record and reports Please take note: if you have not been contacted within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
