Route planning of the trucks Fuel/Diesel Reconciliations Invoices for trucking costs/rentals Monthly cost calculations Amber/Tracking Admin regarding the trucks Arranging the Licensing and services of the company vehicles Management of the drivers and HR tasks regarding the drivers Responsible for the Petty cash regarding the drivers and routes Grade 12 Tertiary education in business management will be preferred A minimum of 10 years' working experience A minimum of 5 years' admin and financial experience Experience in Fleet departments or Logistic environment will be preferred Fluent in Afrikaans and English Fluency in Sotho will be preferred Computer literacy especially Office with Intermediate/Advanced Excel Literacy in IQ Business/ Retail programs will be preferred Valid driver's license and own vehicle R15 000 - R18 000 Gross pm Depending on experience, Plus Provident Fund (MIBCO 8%) Apply Now
