Key Purpose of the role Increase the sales of the product range through building relationships, superior client service and technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities Your tasks will typically involve: Increase Flexicare and Healthy Company product sales. Provide expert technical training at adviser, employer and member level. Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. Flexicare and Healthy Company inductions on site Facilitate Flexicare and Healthy Company quotations. Implement projects as required. Consistently deliver Discovery Health value proposition. Escalated query resolution and troubleshooting Review Flexicare and Healthy Company new business pipeline, follow-up and tracking. Keep up to date with competitor product and service offering and industry developments and trends Participate in sales and marketing initiatives and onsite activations. Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications Matric Industry related Degree RE5 qualification NQF Level 5 - Wealth Management of Financial Planning Knowledge of MS Office Suite Experience Sound health industry experience ( Medical scheme, medical insurance) 2 - 3 years' working experience in the medical scheme industry.
