The successful candidate will implement and maintain integration and co-operation of all aspects within the operation of the Company to ensure effective and efficient production, optimising yields and minimising waste. The candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager. • Plan and operate an efficient production of all products • Minimise waste products • Continuously improve and implement new systems and process technologies • Oversee maximum product traceability • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of production areas • Effective people management • Setting up production capital, operating and maintenance budgets • Involved in the design, layout and setting up of new production lines • Health and Safety Custodian • Management and Food Technology Qualification (Not negotiable) • 5 – 8 years Management and Production Experience • Sage X3 (Advantageous) • Sound knowledge of production processes • Experience in lean manufacturing • Excellent problem solving and Analytical skills • Leadership and Management Skills • Ability to relate at all levels • Honest, ethical with high performance standards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self Starter • Attention to detail Market related salary with benefits
