Fmcg Sales Representative Nelspruit - South Africa

Our client, a beverage manufacturer is seeking a Sales Professional to grow and manage their wholesale business within the Mpumalanga region. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Company's products within that region, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include: 1. Sales Targets Achievement: - Meet or exceed sales targets set for the assigned area. - Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and market share. 2. Territory Management: - Effectively manage and allocate resources within the assigned territory. - Develop plans to expand the customer base and market presence. 3. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. - Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Market Analysis: - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and potential opportunities. 5. Reporting: - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. - Communicate progress and challenges to senior management. 6. Problem Solving: - Address challenges and obstacles hindering sales growth. - Implement corrective actions to overcome issues and improve performance. 7. Compliance: - complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 8. Communication Skills: - Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and customers. - Represent the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and other events Qualifications /Requirements : Bachelor's degree / NQF 6 or similar 3-5 years' experience in a sales or business development role in FMCG (non negotiable) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as CRM systems. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Market Related with Company Car, Fuel and Cell.
