The incumbent, reporting to the Glueing Supervisor, will be expected to ensure efficiencies are consistently meet and exceeded technical standards and to improve the productivity in the factory

Manage output to key quality requirements in line with BRCGS
Good housekeeping, health and safety and routine maintenance requirements
Must be prepared to work shifts
Education and ExperienceGrade 12 or experience equivalent
At least three years experience in running folder gluer machines
Be conversant with straight line, crash-lock and hotmelt carton combinations
