Leopard bar Hostess - PPT Job Summary: We are looking for an organised, charismatic, guest-orientated individual with a sense of urgency and high attention to detail, to welcome guests and manage the reservations function of the relevant Food and Beverage outlet. Organisational Positioning: Department: Food and Beverage Reporting to: Bart Manager Location: The Twelve Apostles Hotel Premises Minimum Experience or Qualification: Grade 12 Must have at least 2 years' experience in a food and beverage guest-facing role in a 4/5 Hotel Restaurant or Fine Dining Establishment Experience at operator level of a Point of Sales System - exposure to Micros advantageous Highly presentable Solid English verbal and written communication skills Pleasant telephone manner Experience in Service Recovery Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays Key Performance Objectives: To manage the outlet reservations and floor plan to optimise outlet covers while minimising "reservation congestion" in accordance with laid-down procedures To welcome guests and make them feel at home by following the RCH "meet, greet and seat" procedure To ensure that mise en place is completed in accordance with outlet SOP To ensure that cinema is prepared and screenings are managed in accordance with SOPs The advert has minimum requirements listed.
