REQUIREMENTS & DEATILS grade 12 and tertiary diploma in Hospitality Management or proven track record of having received on job-training within this hospitality management role. atleast 4 years experience within the Food and Beverage department and a minimum of 2 years experience within a management position proven previous exprience with stock control and POS systems advanced mathematic skills in order to create and maintain F&B budgets a positive attitude to work essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet the demand of the guest responsible for all food and beverage outlets, storage & provision areas including all personnel relation issues responsible to devlop , innovate and deliver a prodict mix of high standards whilst maintaining aggressive financial returns. ensuring that all working mefthods are reviewed and best practice is achieved to grow the Food and Beverage department and deliver excellect guest service lead, manage and continously train a team, design and review the menus and maintain records of sales breakdown , marketing and increased sales organising and spervising the shifts of the department, ensuring that staffing levels are correct and to agreed standards and budget to enure that staff under supervision adhere to controlling procedures as outlines in the company policy and procedures ensure that the POS system operates effectively and accurately, is programmed correctly and all billing in the department is accurate and precise minimising costs and maximisng revenue within the bounds of the operations scope enusre all suppliers deliver to stated agreements , best practices are followed and technologicals are sought PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT STAY WITHIN THE CAPE TOWN AREA OR SURROUNDING AREAS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
