Food Safety Officer - Fisheries - Lydenburg - Lydenburg

• Qualification in Food Science, Fisheries Science, or related field (preferred)
• Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, PCQI) highly desirable
• Previous experience in food safety management, preferably in the fisheries industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards applicable to the fisheries sector will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to food safety challenges and crises
