Group of companies seeking officer for plant in Klerksdorp duties and requirements : Responsible for leading and coordinating all activities of the Quality assurance/control Food regulations in meat processing plant, Provide technical guidance and support to production departments for continuous improvement of product processes and services for further processing of meat. Production includes fresh, frozen and value added products. Related qualification or equivalent related experience; 5 years experience in quality within a food manufacturing environment; FSSC auditing experience, be computer literate and strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid drivers license and own transport Gr 12 Completed Degree /Diploma relevant
