FOOD SAFETY SYSTEMS COORDINATOR (NELSPRUIT, MPUMALANGA) - Nelspruit
Qualifications:
- Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food safety role, preferably within the agricultural sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel (including data analysis and simulation), and basic understanding of operational research principles.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety legislation relevant to South Africa.
- Excellent computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Valid South African driver's license.
