FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR 2 POST REF NO: 06130 Directorate: Food Service SALARY : R103 494 per annum (plus benefits) CENTRE : Sterkfontein Hospital, Krugersdorp REQUIREMENTS : Grade10/ 12 plus 4 years appointment in public service in the food service. DUTIES : Supervision of food service personnel and activities in the unit. Responsible for ordering, receiving, storage and control of stock and assist with the application of cost control measures. Read menus and recipes. Supervise the production of meals partitioning and distribution. Ensuring cleanness, safety and safekeeping. Reporting faulty equipment immediately. Rotation of day and night shift as a supervisor. Responsible for the appraisal and implementation of monitored PMDS. Accept additional functions from the supervisor or delegated official.
