Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of forensic investigators to conduct thorough and timely fraud investigations. Review, edit, and finalise investigative reports to ensure accuracy and clarity. Maintain accurate database. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Facilitate training for team members. Oversee the administrative aspects of the team, including resource allocation. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Forensics, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within a forensic or investigative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
