External sales in Gauteng Quote customers on parts Collection of Excess hours on forklifts Rental and Abuse Invoicing, Sent statements out Load new customers or suppliers on Pastel Update tracking sheets and Rental fleet Weekly meetings with technicians Monthly stock take, Update of Part selling prices Purchasing of Stock, Parts and PPE Keep track of all forklifts in workshop (Ensure we stay to time line given) Create monthly costing sheet Book Audits & Create Audit certificates Driver training certificates Compile safety files Draw up Rental Contracts Customer visits – Sign of Rental Contracts and General visits Booking of Transport. Load tests and Audits for Forklifts Assist with Accounts – Debtors and Creditors – Follow up on payments Assisting employees reporting to me in their work Reconcile credit card purchases and Petty cash Matric MUST have experience with foklift rentals (Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted) Between 1 - 3 Years
