Foundry Sales Expeditor (JB4103) R15 – 20 000 per month Springs, Johannesburg Permanent This pivotal role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders, coordinating external processes such as heat treatment, fettling, and machining, and maintaining thorough records of outsourcing activities. As a central figure in operations, you will liaise with sales, production teams, and customers to ensure seamless execution of sales targets and production schedules, contributing directly to the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: 2 to 3 years of practical experience in the Foundry Industry Proven sales history and understanding of foundry markets Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in planning, with attention to detail and adaptability Duties: Ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders, maintain detailed records of outsourced processes, and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to align production plans with customer requirements and sales targets. Actively assist customers by providing proactive feedback, resolving queries and complaints efficiently, and maintaining open lines of communication to understand and meet their needs effectively. Plan and prioritize production activities to minimize delays and ensure maximum performance. Provide accurate and timely updates on delivery dates and production schedules to all stakeholders. Attend and contribute to sales and production meetings, maintaining cohesive team interaction.
